Liz Forrest ~ on being impeccable

Liz Forrest has been walking the Toltec Path since 1992 when she embarked on an apprenticeship with a Nagual woman of the Eagle Knight Lineage brought forth by don Miguel Ruiz, the author of the The Four Agreements, and other well known Toltec wisdom books. In 1988, Liz moved from her west coast home to study in Sante Fe, at the New Mexico Academy of Massage and Advanced Healing Arts. In her 2 years in the high desert she experienced much of the local people and their culture and became drawn to the teachings of the Toltec through them.

Since 1992, Liz has received extensive trainings in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. She attended the teacher certification trainings offered by don Miguel Ruiz and attended many workshops, classes, ceremonies and journeys offered by him and his master teachers throughout the years. She also journeys to Teotihuacan, Mexico yearly, (which is where the Toltec civilization resided from 200-700 AD) and continues to work and study closely with a shaman family there. She began teaching in 1995 and has guided many students to a more authentic empowered level of themselves, through awareness, discipline and love. She has been leading Power Journeys since 2004 to Mexico and New Mexico. Currently, she and Gloria Valencia offer Toltec classes and workshops in The Kiva Retreat Center on Saltspring Island, as well as classes in Vancouver and journeys to Mexico. They will also facilitate workshops at other locations upon request.

Being a participant on this journey through the pyramids and sacred sites of Teotihuacan, you will have the honour of directly experiencing Toltec and Aztec ceremonies of dance, procession, healing and purifying rituals, supported guidance of exercises to enhance your awareness and perception of energies.  Journeyers most often discover a sense of joy, freedom and connectedness to themselves, nature and others that they may not have felt since childhood.  The food is authentic and delicious, prepared for us with so much love, and the accommodations are comfortable and beautiful.
